The SLOAN BAG 💼🤗 in BONE! What a color!! I cannot wait to carry this often! 🤍😍 I was impressed with the space, but I shared the same concern as others with the handles, but overall they felt pretty sturdy! I would have preferred the handles to be able to lay down, as I find them kind of annoying when I carry it crossbody (my preferred way to carry my bags!), it feels like they’re just under my arm. I also would have loved an outside pocket to put my phone is for easy reach! OVERALL, I think this bag is the cutest little bag!! It can carry all I need and more! Small enough that’s it’s easy to carry, but enough so it’s not overwhelming. It will definitely get some wonderful use! I think this will be my new night on the town bag. 🤍 This product was gifted by Portland Leather in exchange for an honest review.

Review for a large Sloan! This bag checks all the boxes: pretty, roomy, functional, smells good, feels good. I appreciate that the handles are long. I used to have a Coach doctor bag with handles half as short and it was uncomfortable on my elbow when I didn't want to use it as a crossbody. The Sloan's handles easily lets me do that, and you could use it as a shoulder bag. I'm a crossbody girl and when I tried it on it wasn't bulky and it didn't hang away from me, which I find distracting with other bags. I got the coldbrew (a dark brown) and the smell and feel of it is amazing. My sister already wants one for her August birthday...LOL, and my 92 yr old mom admired it and commented about its beautiful leather smell. I posted a photo of its pebbly goodness, and opened to show how roomy it is. It easily fits a long carryall pouch, a phone, an eyeglass case; has room for other pouches, and would fit a book 10" wide and 6.5" tall. It has a depth of 4.5". For sure I'll get my sister a birthday bag, and myself another Sloan in a different color. Compared to my old Coach doctor bag, I'll get more use out of Sloan and be able to carry more without worrying about it. I use PLG bags regularly and they're resilient and stay as pretty as in day one. This is the bag I've been waiting for PLG to make and it doesn't disappoint. I bought the large size and loved its roomy and classy look. It looks professional but also fits in dressed down.
Since I discovered PLG. I was always hoping they would do a satchel like this. Well I am not disappointed! I got the large Sloan in grizzly. My first grizzly leather & it’s gorgeous! It literally is the perfect size. The length, the height & width is perfection! I’m not really a crossbody person. I’ve always been a top handle fan and I love the length of the handles. Some of my other satchels I own, the drop length of the handles are too small. But I think the handles on this bag are perfect! I cannot get over how beautifully made this bag is. Honestly, well done PLG. My dream bag from you guys and it is perfection! I am going to be ordering the smaller one soon and another large Sloan. I’m going to order more just in case they change the strap drop length since everyone has a problem with it haha. Idk I think it’s perfect for top handle lovers.
